Blizzard uses priority passes to improve roles queues
Blizzard Entertainment seeks to implement a new system they call Priority Passage in their roles queues for Overwatch, and probably for World of Warcraft. Priority Pass will help reduce the queue of DPS players without affecting the tank or support queues too negatively. The new system is intended to reward flexible players and should guide players to games at a higher pace. Overwatch is available now for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
While overwatch tanker and support players have been rushed reliably in games since the roles waiting queues, the damage merchants drew the short stick and waited more than fifteen minutes for Games during periods of slowing down. Priority Pass aims to equize the balance between the three roles. Priority Pass soon arrives on Overwatch
Priority passes are earned by entering a flexible queue, said Blizzard Entertainment Jeff Kaplan s vice president during a recent developer update. When you enter a flexible queue, you basically do the tail for each available role (tank, support, damage), and the game will place you and will put you in correspondence with the role that is currently the most needed to accelerate waiting times for everyone. If you earn your game while you are in the flexible queue, you will earn even more priority passes than you lose.
If you play an impacted role, and if we are honest and direct with each other, it is probably the role of damage, continued Jeff Kaplan. If you are someone who has a priority pass, you will get a faster wait time for this role ... and if you lose, you will always get priority pass, but if you win, you will win a lot.
