Marvel s Avengers: XP-Boosts now available

After Marvel s Avengers has been added to the Xbox Game Pass in the last week, the makers have now brought another novelty into the superhero game. On the in-game marketplace, consumables can now be purchased with credits, with which you either receive more experience points or resources to accelerate your game progress for a short time. Credits can only be purchased with real money.

Fans of Marvel s Avengers have already communicated their disappointment in the Reddit Forum of the game to the decision of the developers. Among other things, because Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics promised before the title s launch that pay-2-win mechanics will not appear in the game. Instead, microstransaktions wanted to limit exclusively to new outfits for superheroes. Nearly a year after the release, there are still XP-Boosts in Marvel s Avengers.

Only in March, the Developer Team has introduced an overworking of the XP system with an update. Thus, the duration of bringing a hero to the maximum level increased significantly. A month ago, the makers also have a look at the Roadmap of Marvel s Avengers (Buy 3 € 36.99). Accordingly, players are allowed to look forward to the first raid of the title this year. If you play on a PS5 or PS4, there are also spider-one as new superheroes in 2021. On the other platforms, there will be more Avengers at the earliest 2022. Most recently, the Wakanda DLC was added to the game with Black Panther and a new game world.
